By using إتقان القرآن الكريم, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Provider

Mahdi Fakhfakh, Mennwarthstr. 7, 86154 Augsburg, Germany (operator’s address) — mahdi.fakhfakh007@icloud.com. The service is international, non-commercial and not for profit.

2. Minimum age

You must be 18 or older. Registration is refused for minors. You warrant that your birth year is correct. The service is not directed at children (including under COPPA and similar laws). Underage accounts will be deleted if discovered.

3. Nature of the service

إتقان القرآن الكريم is an adult educational platform for correct Quran reading, articulation, and expressive tilāwa via digital oral transmission (maqraʾah-style). It is not a substitute for direct religious instruction and does not issue fatwas.

Stages: Letter Engineering → Idghām → Ikhfāʾ → Recitation Styles → Teaching Khatmah (Qālūn)
Content: about 1,000 instructional segments (Qālūn mushaf image, guidance, model audio).
Learning flow: required listens before mic unlock; unlimited self-retakes before submit; teacher ratings (e.g. accepted / needs improvement) with voice replies that may need full listening before retry.
Community: peer learning, dynamic difficulty from acceptance rates, leaderboards by stage and lesson based on accepted segments.
Access: registration with name, birth year, and a fixed personal PIN; login OTP via Telegram bot. Deploys may force logout to refresh the client without deleting your stored progress.
Teachers: advanced students may be appointed as teachers by the operator as needed — not an automatic in-app promotion alone.

4. Account and PIN

You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure.
Do not share your PIN except with trusted persons.
The operator may block or delete accounts for misuse.
PIN is stored hashed on the server and held in session memory only on your device.

5. Telegram and verification

To register and log in to إتقان القرآن الكريم you must:

Join the إتقان القرآن الكريم community group on Telegram.
Link your app account to your Telegram account via @It9anBot.
A 4-digit verification code from the bot on each login — to confirm your identity.

Only the admin can unlink Telegram. To link a different account, email mahdi.fakhfakh007@icloud.com.

Notifications: students receive bot notifications mandatorily. Teachers choose per level (Stufe) in settings.

Transfer: Telegram processing may occur outside the EU/EEA; see the Privacy Policy.

6. Audio recordings and sharing

By creating an account and accepting the Privacy Policy, you explicitly agree that:

Your recitation recordings are uploaded to app servers.
They are available to your teacher and other logged-in users — under verses and on the leaderboard.
Before teacher rating: you may delete your recording. After teacher reply and rating: you cannot delete it yourself; Storage audio may be archived after about 270 days; remaining data is removed on full account deletion by the admin.
Alternative: listen and learn without recording.

7. User conduct

Prohibited: offensive content, harassment, impersonation, hacking attempts, microphone abuse, or any unlawful use.

8. Intellectual property

App UI and operator materials belong to Mahdi Fakhfakh / إتقان القرآن الكريم. Quranic text belongs to the Ummah. Your audio remains yours until teacher reply and rating; thereafter it is integrated into permanent educational content with a non-exclusive licence to host and display for collective learning.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect damages. No binding legal, medical, or religious advice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. To delete your account and all data immediately: in-app Settings → Delete my account now (PIN) or email mahdi.fakhfakh007@icloud.com (fallback within 30 days). The operator may suspend violating accounts. Under-18 logins are refused after age recheck.

11. Governing law

إتقان القرآن الكريم is an international service for users worldwide. The operator is established in Germany (EU) — therefore these terms, in your relationship with the operator, are governed by German law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rules in your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction with the operator — where permitted by law — Augsburg, Germany.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version.
